What is Ultraformer MPT?

 

Ultraformer MPT is a next-generation skin-lifting technology in the same family as HIFU. It works using Focused Ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin, reduce wrinkles, contour the jawline, dissolve excess fat, and stimulate collagen production deep within the skin.
 It utilizes Hyperthermia Lifting Therapy, delivering precise energy into various skin layers.

The device uses two types of ultrasound energy:

Micro Focused Ultrasound Macro Focused Ultrasound
  • Depth levels: 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm
  • Heat temperature: ~65–75°C
  • Energy spot size: ~0.5 mm
  • Best for skin lifting, collagen stimulation, and treating areas that require high precision.
  • Depth levels: 6 mm, 9 mm, 13 mm
  • Heat temperature: ~65–75°C
  • Energy spot size: ~1 mm
  • Commonly used for fat reduction in deeper layers — ideal for sagging cheeks, double chin, or localized fat.

Ultraformer MPT is designed to support skin lifting, fat reduction, and skin rejuvenation using new-generation HIFU cartridges that operate in both Normal Mode and Micro Pulse Mode (MP Mode).

Four Energy Delivery Modes

In Normal Mode, energy is delivered as small individual dots.
 In MP Mode, energy is delivered as continuous lines or circular patterns, providing smoother heat distribution, faster coverage, and significantly reduced discomfort.

Before Undergoing Ultraformer MPT

  • Consult an experienced doctor to assess your skin and identify concerns
  • Inform your doctor of past procedures or treatments
  • The doctor will calculate the appropriate number of lines based on skin condition and degree of sagging
  • Skin will be cleansed and numbing cream applied for about 30 minutes before treatment

 

During the Ultraformer MPT Procedure

  • The doctor will select the appropriate cartridges and energy modes based on your facial concerns
  • A cooling gel is applied to reduce heat and increase comfort
  • Treatment time is about 20–45 minutes, depending on the areas being treated
  • After finishing, your skin will be cleansed again to prepare for recovery

 

Aftercare for Ultraformer MPT

Post-treatment care is similar to HIFU to ensure optimal recovery:

  • You may use your regular skincare products as usual
  • Avoid massaging, rubbing, or applying strong pressure to treated areas
  • Avoid facial treatments or exfoliation for at least 2 weeks
  • Postpone facial laser procedures for 2 weeks
  • Apply sunscreen regularly before going outdoors
  • Avoid washing your face with hot water, as it may dry out the skin and reduce treatment benefits
